Constantly restarting
I thought the computer was good when I first received it. I set up my basic functions with no problem. I was disappointed to read in the supplied Joy documentation that typically battery life for a refurbished computer is 1 hour.

Anti-virus will NOT update
No matter what I try, the anti-virus, which was out of date right out of the box, will NOT update, so as much as I don't want to, I feel there is no choice but to return this for something else. Almost $700 for a laptop that hasn't even been able to be used (because of this) is a sincere disappointment. It definitely does not feel safe to get online with an out of date ...
