Worth every penny!
Great accessory to have if you are trying to lose inches around your waist. I wear this on the treadmill and during other heavy workouts and I love it! I do NOT workout without it!! :) It's flexibility allows me to bend and move freely. After 10 minutes of running you can definitely feel the belt doing its job!
