This is a heavy duty cloth resistance band with a no-slip surface on one side that makes it excellent for a variety of resistance exercises, especially for leg work. Comes with a nice, modest manual with recommended uses.NOTE: it is not long enough to place behind the shoulders and do arm presses or to stand on to do squats or substitute for dead lifts.

I got the product I expected. Love how its woven elastic so its much stronger than traditional resistance bands. I've not experienced any tugging on my skin.

ELASTILOOP USER FRIENDLY VS RUBBER BANDS
I have at least 12 different bands and loops, but what sets this Go Fit Elastiloop (wide band) is that it’s super comfortable when using it.
