Defective
The USB dock is defective. I cannot connect a monitor either through USB or HDMi or through the USB-C port (tried both MacBook Air and MacBook Pro). The monitor should be directly connected to my computers to work.
The external camera USB is occasionally working. I have to unplug and plug back in when it doesn’t work.
My printer (Brother) works so far.

J5 Create Multi-Docking Stand
I have given this a 5 stars, from the get go i have loved the set up. matter of fact i will be buying another as i travel frequently and need the monitors and stand. The Dual port has not given me any problems. as i would have known with in the first hour i had it set up. Let be Known.. This devvice may not be compatible with.....
