Defective
The USB dock is defective. I cannot connect a monitor either through USB or HDMi or through the USB-C port (tried both MacBook Air and MacBook Pro). The monitor should be directly connected to my computers to work. The external camera USB is occasionally working. I have to unplug and plug back in when it doesn’t work.
