Empty Cartridge?
I changed the black cartridge today and I was getting a better print job from the old cartridge! I have gone through all the steps for. Cleaning and aligning the print head and no better. It almost seems like it is empty! I guess the next step in the process is to call Epson tech support.

Coloured Cartridges
The colours in these are not true to colour. Can never get a good red.
