Love this broiler pan. The finish makes it is easy to clean and, it keeps its shine. A little soak in warm soapy water and it just about wipes right off. I broil often and am very happy I ordered this pan.

Poor Quality Control
Horrible quality. The porcelain pan was dented -- and not from shipping as the box was in perfect shape with plenty of packing. The dent knocked off the porcelain so the pan is useless. The dent was from the inside outward so it was done at your facility or the factory. You obviously didn't examine the item before packing and shipping it. I won't be buying from you in t...

This is my favorite go to pan! Of course I've used it to broil, but I also 7sed it to bake my French fries and they came out of the oven better than I've ever had!
