JUST AMAZING!!!! BEST VAC ANDCSUCTION EVER!
I'm in love with my water filtration vacuum, but I use it only for heavy, deep, total house cleaning. I bought a Shark Vertex Duo Clean Powerfins and tried and tried to use it but it had so many issues. If I shut it off and stood it against the wall, all the chat and little items fell out of the tube back on the floor OR the cat hair plugged the tube. Great for a small place.
Not as strong as the duo by a long shot. But it is lightweight and easier to handle. Didn’t last as long as I had expected before I had problems with the switch not working so it was replaced. Got a rocky feel to the head to pipe and pipe to floor nozzle way faster than expected but it worked.

Love It!
I recently received the Shark Stratos Corded Stick Vacuum (HZ3002, Navy) as a replacement for my older Shark DuoClean, which was not picking up dirt. After some fantastic troubleshooting help from Shark's customer support, they generously upgraded me to this newer model, and I couldn't be happier!

The Shark Stratos Corded Stick vacuum cleaner was provided as a Warranty Replacement for the Shark Duo Clean. The Stratos has a wonderful power head and picks up very, very good. Lightweight and handy
I've only used it three times and I am completely satisfied. I hope it lasts longer than my last shark vacuum. This is my third Shark vacuum and I have been more than happy with it.

I love this sweeper, it does everything. Converts to hand held in a second, strong suction, easy emptying. Very clean technology.

Very Disappointed
Very unhappy with the product. I have dogs and the hair keeps plugging it up. Wish I could return it for a regular upright vacuum. Very disappointed

Powerful but Loud
I am 2 full house cleanings in and have mostly great things to say about the stratos. First - it is seriously powerful. It picks up everything including hair that my previous "M" word vacuum clearly left behind. It is very mobile, reasonably lightweight, and able to get under almost all of my furniture. Worked great while it lasted. We have a husky so needed something for lots of pet hair. First year it was great. Then the fabric brush would clog up easily and need cleaning out every other time (yes this is a replaceable part). Then the pet blades started to shred and fall apart. I had 2 previous shark vacuums and I decided to try a Bissel when my duo clean speed died. I hated it so much I got this shark stratos just 3 months later. I love the width of the stratos, it fits into most of the spaces without having to go to attachments and it goes right underneath furniture. Best vacuum ever!
The best vacuum we have ever owned! We had a new Kenmore vacuum that was trash. We even had one replaced under warranty and that one was trash too. Bought the shark and am now a shark convert! Great features. Great suction.
I bought this about 3 weeks ago, and started using it immediately. I like that this Shark is multifunctional, goes from floor to carpet to a handheld portable with ease. It vacuums up dirt, sand and lint left behind by other cleaners.

Great vacuum, but…
This is an ok vacuum, but I had an older duo clean which I liked much better. The ease of moving this around is stiff and it doesn’t have as good of a suction. I guess I will keep it, but wasn’t what I had hoped for.

Nice product. Easy to handle. only downfall is dirt cup is small, but not that big of an issue. I just dump it after use in each room.
