Does the thing
It’s good. It converts both USB and Ethernet to USB-c. It’s a decent price. Seems well made.

Good for both.
With limited A ports and no Ethernet port makes a good way to get both tasks for my computer.

Just what I needed!
My company laptop has plenty of usb-c connections but no rj45 ethernet. I was on the road and couldn't use Wi-Fi at facility. Picked this up and it worked great! Aluminum case is a bonus for road warriors!

Better Than A Simple Ethernet Dongle
I bought a newer HP Pavilion that did not have the typical number of various ports no Ethernet one USB-C and one USB-3. Thus gave me the added connectivity I needed for other accessories.

It Works
I wanted to connect my Mac to web modem via ethernet instead of wifi. At first I thought it was not working when I saw that the System Settings Ethernet connection was in the red. But then I saw that the USB connection was green and the computer worked with web fine via this USV-to Ethernet connection. Maybe this should have been obvious to me at first glance … or mayb...
