Always Perfect Forms
Works great with QuickBooks software. Easy to setup. Only need 9 forms so 25 forms is the smallest pack!!!!!

Not worth it!
This was supposed to be a 25 pack which I thought had 25 pieces of paper for each Copy. Yes if you count 9 sheets of paper with 3 each it is 27 however you should have provided 25 actual sheets of paper for each of Copy A Copy B & Copy 2. Copy A specifically indicates: "Do not cut or separate forms on this page". So in actuality there were only 9 Copy A's I c...

These were exactly what I was looking for. My only suggestion would be that I wish that they came with more 1096 copies. 3 doesn't feel like quite enough. (5 would be better)
