Tech help problem
I had a question about a possible defect with the screen display with the original PC I received from Staples. I went on the asurion app
and when I clicked on the chat button an error message came up: Staples is not configured for agreement lookup error bad request status code 400

Staples 2 year computer/table accident protection
I want to cancel this service as I am planning to take my new laptop directly to the Staples store and will purchase the set up service with protection plan there.
