screen got cracked. insurance covered it. 5 star and yes definetly recommend getting this warranty

Tech help problem
I had a question about a possible defect with the screen display with the original PC I received from Staples. I went on the asurion app
and when I clicked on the chat button an error message came up: Staples is not configured for agreement lookup error bad request status code 400
