East to remove and install. Only downside is with the printer it only tells you one at a time and all 4 of ours went all at the same time which I have never had happened before.

excellent customer service at this location! My mistake was we purchased ink (the wrong unit was recomended to us at a different Staples) and had to visit Vernon Hills to get the correct ink cartridge. Never again we will drive to the Vernon Hills store for the correct information!
