Too expensive for what it is
I know inkjet cartridges are a fortune but these little guys were over $200 for the suite. Also Staples wouldn't let me return a suite of ink cartridges I bought for my old printer since I had purchased the cartridges more than 2 weeks ago. "So you're saying that if those cartridges hang on the wall for more than 2 weeks you dump your own inventory?" is what I should've...

I hadn't had to buy ink in a long time and have forgotten how much it costs. I didn't check anyplace else because everyone is very helpful at Staples and if I need help someone always steps right up.

Glenmont Staples - wonderful staff

Expensive Ink
While I like my HP printer $280 to buy the required ink per refill is crazy. HP is charging way too much for ink. There cost can’t be more than $10. This is no way to build customer loyalty.

Consistent Quality
This produces sharp print with good contrast. Wish it were possible to load only this ink instead of all four.
