It’s ok
It’s nice. But I’m not crazy about it. I was hoping to record 24/7 and be able to zoom in. But I understand it is a doorbell camera.

Works well enough.
Works well. Great picture. had no issue pairing with Wi-Fi that said it can be laggy when trying to review footage or even login to see live view, maybe my router isn't close enough. At least I'm not forced to pay for a subscription

I thought it was gonna be a night vision doorbell but as far as it’s working, yes it’s working. I’m happy with it.

When it works it is
When it works it is great. It goes offline quite a bit, very aggravating. It also sometimes does not pick up a person. A piece of me wants to send it back.

Needs improvement
The motion sensor is terrible. And the delay is unbelievable. The app never opens when i gets notifications. It is terrible. Please i need help to fix it i don't want go back to ring

Good, when it works
My video doorbell only works half of the time. It constantly disconnects from the home wi-fi network. The previous unit did the same thing, but Lorex took that one back.

Not a good Door bell.
So far two things aren’t good. Siren is too soft. I have motion zones on specific area and it didn’t work.

Cannot interface with Alexa after
Cannot interface with Alexa after countless attempts. Using as a camera only, doorbell feature is not applicable.

Doorbell review
The product works well and does exactly what I need it to do. My biggest complaint was the difficulty in giving multiple users access to the doorbell functions. I would think that would be very common with your users but there was nothing in the start-up guide about how to set that up. The online user guide had information but it was confusing. I had to call user suppor...

Stand alone only!
It works but its incredibly disappointing to learn that it's incompatible with the Lorex NVRs. I assumed that when wiring the doorbell power it would be capable of always on and just use battery in case of a power outage.
Don't buy this unless you are planning on using it stand alone.

The resolution is good until
The resolution is good until I zoom in. Once I zoom in it gets really blurry. I can't see nothing. I hope that can be fixed.

Doesn’t connect to nvr
This is the second time I bought this product. It says it’s compatible with my nvr however it isn’t so I have to return. False advertising.
