works great
I didn't expect the battery to last all that long before recharging but so far it's been great. I also installed a chime box at the same time. Both were easy to set up.

Device won’t stay on.
Called tech support and they tried to find every excuse and find me at fault. They were helpful in the fact that they gave me troubleshooting ideas but seems like they just didn’t want to accept that it was a faulty device.

Device won’t stay on.
Called tech support and they tried to find every excuse and find me at fault. They were helpful in the fact that they gave me troubleshooting ideas but seems like they just didn’t want to accept that it was a faulty device.

When it works it is great. It goes offline quite a bit, very aggravating. It also sometimes does not pick up a person. A piece of me wants to send it back.

I was never able to get this doorbell working. I have used many lorex products in the past with no issue. But this doorbell would not work. My first call to tech support they told me I wasn't using a good enough charger to charge the doorbell. So I charged it for two additional days using a better charger. Needs improvement
The motion sensor is terrible. And the delay is unbelievable. The app never opens when i gets notifications. It is terrible. Please i need help to fix it i don't want go back to ring

Good, when it works
My video doorbell only works half of the time. It constantly disconnects from the home wi-fi network. The previous unit did the same thing, but Lorex took that one back.

Not a good Door bell.
So far two things aren’t good. Siren is too soft. I have motion zones on specific area and it didn’t work.

Cameras don't work
Have had two sent to me and neither work. Spent almost three hours trying to trouble shoot between the two devices. Asked for a supervisor on the phone and by email and still haven't heard from one. Disappointed hopefully I can get some help

The product works well and does exactly what I need it to do. My biggest complaint was the difficulty in giving multiple users access to the doorbell functions. I would think that would be very common with your users but there was nothing in the start-up guide about how to set that up. The online user guide had information but it was confusing. Stand alone only!
It works but its incredibly disappointing to learn that it's incompatible with the Lorex NVRs. I assumed that when wiring the doorbell power it would be capable of always on and just use battery in case of a power outage.
Don't buy this unless you are planning on using it stand alone.

This doorbell uncompatible with high speed router
Purchased a doorbell and 4 cameras with a hard drive recorder. All products work well initially and provided great video to my android phone. Was never able to get video on my PC. The resolution is good until I zoom in. Once I zoom in it gets really blurry. I can't see nothing. I hope that can be fixed.
