I tried two times to order this single earpiece headset as show in the picture but both times i received the dual headset I think you have something item # listed for mono headset - the 1308001C is the p/n number that is on the box with the dual set.

Not what it appears
Shows a monaural headset but you actually get a dual. Supposedly you can convert but there's nothing showing that in the box no dongle either back it goes. Tell us what is in the box staples do better....
