Customer service
Customer service is the absolute worst. I found it for much less right after purchasing so I called in to cancel my order only 2 to 3 minutes after placing the order. Bottom line manager said it could not be cancelled because it was already sent to shipping

Want to love it, but..
This is such a great tool for introducing letters and words, but I have a couple of complaints. One is that my set came with two “car” boards and is missing the “bear” board, which is very disappointing. Another is that it is such a missed opportunity to not include words to make sure the entire alphabet is used in the set. I would love to see a lid for the box too!

Exceptional Quality and Bright Colors!
I bought this for my grandson, who loves playing with letters and numbers. He is 2 and I've gotten him other M&D puzzles and toys and he loves them all! (He also loves all the play food sets!!!)
