Boxes left outside office- no signature given for items and Canon Toner 128 ordered 2 and only received one in brown box along with Hewlett Packer toner HP58A. Will call today.

Canon C-128 black cartridge
Works very well in my Canon printer. It is very pricey compared to others available on the internet. Price was higher in the store. Price on staples web cite was much lower and the store gave me the web cite price instead of the in store price. The clerk was very friendly and willing to help.

Canon 128 Black Toner-Open box with no ink
The Toner Cartridge was orcered online but when I opened it at home the box was open and the seal was taken off. It was empty. Returned to Customer service but was a hassle to get a new one.
