So far, works well
I left the Brother EZ Print program sinceI don't use enough ink and the colour cartridges were drying up. It's much easier to pick up a cartridge from the store instead of waiting for a shipment to arrive.

Brother cartridge pack

lasted maybe 1.5weeks!!!
Laster maybe 1.5 weeks with barely printing anything. Performed a head clean and all the ink ran out! waste of money and its a scam. Do not purchase this brand o rBrother MFC-J1010DW.

service at the natick (ma) store: great (as usual). on the downside: the cartridge stops giving ink when the graphic display still shows maybe 10% left. (is there a way to print most low-importance pages using less ink?)
