Great buy
Shipped to local Staples and they called as soon as it came in. This was a gift to my niece, who picked it out. Love shopping at Staples (in store and on line) and the Rewards program is great. Saved a lot of money!

NO!
I am a very happy Staples customer and very rarely have a complaint. This product was just not manufactured well at all. You literally could NOT put it together with the nuts and bolts that are provided. Inside the box we found a second set of screws etc. that looked like they were used. So someone else had a difficult time and returned it. There are much better chairs ...
