First Delivery
This was the first time I used Staples delivery for some items I could not break from work to pick up. Amazing... It worked almost effortless. The HP toner cartridges as always were as expected--GOOD!

Not compatible
I ordered this after searching for my printer name/number and this came up. Upon attempting to install I found it wasn’t compatible.

Packaging was great
The 4 cartridges came in one wrapping 1 box and in 1 shipment. I'll order that way every time without worrying about toner levels. I( may buy a single black to play catchup.

Demand genuine HP Toner - don't be fooled by non-propriety cartridges. It leaves streaks and the color is not exactly perfect. Get the real thing what will fit exactly the way the printer was designed with a crisp and clean image every time. In the long run it will actually save you money.

Love and Hate
I love how reliable it prints. I dislike that if I make an error and print documents 2-sided, and the backside is clean, that the toner still counts against me as a page even though it used no toner.

It works good. Way too expensive but we have to buy it because our printer won't work with a off brand.
