Only buy genuine for the color toner
I will never buy generic toner (color) again. It was awful. The black is not bad. Also get the "X"...much longer life for the money.

Hi Shirley, I am sorry to find you are having trouble with the drum. I'm not sure if that is the case here, but sometimes this will happen with a printer that is starting to wear out.
