First Delivery
This was the first time I used Staples delivery for some items I could not break from work to pick up. Amazing... It worked almost effortless. The HP toner cartridges as always were as expected--GOOD!

Not compatible
I ordered this after searching for my printer name/number and this came up. Upon attempting to install I found it wasn’t compatible.

The only reason Im giving it and ALL ink and toner cartridges one star is because they cost to much.

Saves a trip to the store with the extra capacity
The extra capacity of the black toner helps a lot since I print in black and white mostly.

Easy Delivery

I'd much prefer 201X because it lasts longer but you don't sell that in your store so I got what you had.

Toner
This purchase along with the rest of the toners purfchased at the same time are backup stock that I always keep on hand so I don't have "emergencies" at the most inappropriate times. Glad staples stock the toners. I have to see if I could get the other colors besides black in the "X" sizes.

The X series of the cartridges are better value than the regular and work well.

Wish we would have know sooner!
So happy to find out we can save over $100 a month by getting the 201X instead of 201A. We had no idea (even though we've been buying ink for this printer for 2 years) that there was a cartridge available that would make twice as many copies for almost the same price. This would be a great thing for sales associates to mention! Luckily the manager at the Torrance/Ha...

I am always using HP products so I will definitely recommend it and I also think Staples does have toners with really good quality. But I heard about the buy 3 get one free deal and I wondered when can I get that.
