Not compatible
I ordered this after searching for my printer name/number and this came up. Upon attempting to install I found it wasn’t compatible.

Printer cartridge replacement
After changing the black toner cartridge the first several pages printed were half solid black. I don't know why and it scared me. Fortunately and without reason that stopped. Pages are printing properly now but I am still nervous.

HP X ink lasts
The HPX is a much better value for the money. All in all the laser ink is expensive but lasts longer and prints more pages.

Defective Cartridge
In 15 years this is the first defective cartridge I ever received was leaving streaks on the paper. Replaced with a new cartridge and issue was resolved hoping to get a return or replacement from staples. Delivery was fast but poor quality control from HP on the cartridge

Good products, good service
It was easy to obtain 2 cartridges for my HP printer purchased many years ago. It is still a beauty and I love it. Cartridges work well (1 at a time!) so I shouldn't need more until 3,000 sheets are used up. Thanks.

What about it?
