Not compatible
I ordered this after searching for my printer name/number and this came up. Upon attempting to install I found it wasn’t compatible.

Very Expensive Supply
HP makes their equipment to be quality-compatible only with their ink/toner supply; then they charge outrageous prices for the ink/toner. If you purchase other then HP ink/toner, the quality isn't as good, but the price sure beats HP.

Outrageously expensive
I resent being hostage to HP's business model and as soon as I find a more cost-effective approach to printing, I will finally abandon HP -- having been loyal to this American brand for my entire career. I teach and have a small business and simply resent the cost of constantly having to replace cartridges at costs that exceed the original printers.

This was bought as a replacement/spare for the hp cartridge just installed in the printer so not used at present. However the ease of installing the cartridge in the printer was simplicity itself.
