Pretzel Rod Deliver
this is the 3rd time we have tried to get this item delivered. 2x it came in open and broken. another it was the wrong product. I don't want any more food items from staples. Your delivery people throw boxes on the floor and everything gets broken and opened.

The vast majority of pretzels in container are broken. Very few whole pretzels remain.

BROKEN PRETZELS
2 OF THE 6 CONTAINERS THE PLASTIC WRAP IS NOT ON THE TOP HOLDING LID ON. CONTAINERS HAVE MORE BROKEN PRETZELS THAN WHOLE PRETZELS.

Whole is Better than Half
Our first order of Pretzels were 80% broken as were our replacement order. Shipping needs to address this problem for a great product. Box was twice the size of the container with no packing materials. Good pretzels but...
These are great pretzels but they arrived in our shipment broken in half or more. This affected most of the rods. Staples was kind enough to replace the order but the replacement was in the same condition. Good product but only if you don’t mind pretzel pieces!
