Great glue with no mess!
I have used this before and I really like it. Yes it is purple but it dries clear. I've used it for several years. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this glue.

No instructions on the box or the glue stick as to "how to take the lid off"!!!
I just bought a box of 18 Avery Glue Stic, purple and have spent nearly an hour trying to find out to take the cap off to use your product. Thank goodness for finally finding your site online or I would still be trying to take the "long" lid off. I was disappointed to find that the sale price i paid for 18 sticks is about the same as I have been paying for 30 sticks o...

Works as described. The purple color allows you to see where the glue is on the page.
