Haven't used yet.
We have not used this yet, but it seems to be the exact cartridge that we use and looks to be good quality; just at a way better price then we were paying previously from the people we use for our printers. I would recommend these toner cartridges that we receive from Staples to anyone. They are by far the best prices that I have found and are great quality!

Perfect
I was worried this wouldn't work in my Ricoh machine, but we were very low on black toner and the warehouse wasn't going to be able to ship more to me for over a week. I chanced this and it worked perfectly, and arrive the next day!
