Plantronics Headset
This is a very nice headset for the price. It is comfortable, and the microphone and speakers are both good quality. I wore this same model 8 hours a day for work, and bought it for home use as well.

Can't get the mic to work - this MAY be a Microsoft Problem.
Have tried everything I know (a PC technician and Net Admin) and everything I've found on the web. Mic will not respond on a PC. Have tried on an HP laptop (1 year old) and a Dell (2 years old) both with all the Win 10 and driver updates. Very strange. Next test is to put it on the Mac Mini. None of the control features function. Have gone all through the USB Ports...

Zapping
I only use this headset occasionally over the last few years at work, but a few months ago it began making electronic zapping noises, and when I tried to use it today, those were in my ear and extremely unpleasant.

Amazing sounding headphones
I purchased these to use for Teams calls and the work great for that. What I didn’t realize was how good music sounds through them! I am really enjoying these headphones! The microphone works very well also.

good fit
Head set fits good and is easily adjustable. Fits either side and I found the mic on the left side was best for me. Would rather have connection with other than USB>

Perfect replacement

Comfortable
Very comfortable. Very good sound. Compatible with my computer. The button on the wire for muting, volume and hanging up is dark but it is easy to see/feel.
