Speedy delivery
There is not much worse that running out of printer ink when you have a very important application etc. that needs to be done. I order printer ink and usually I have it delivered by the next day. Problem solved

The product is fine. However, the package with all the color plus black has changed packaging. Instead of 702xl black placed with the combo pack , You only get a regular 702 black. Which led me to order seperately a 702xl black.But the price is the same or more. That is my only criticism. Everything we lse is fine

My go to brand!
I only buy Epson brand refills. On 2 occasions I've ruined my printer with off brand ink. Never again!
