Rip off
I will never buy another HP product. It is corporate greed to put blocking security chip in toner cartridge. I own the printer. I'm entitled to put any brand of toner i wish.

Gave installation errors (solved by updating printer)
I had difficulties installing this into my HP Color LaserJet MFP M180nw. When I replaced my old cartridge with this one, my printer refused to print and kept giving an error about the cartridge not being a genuine HP product (even though it clearly was). Cartridges printing only 380-450 pages !
I have been using HP Laserjet Printer since last 4 years, initially the outcome of pages were excellent, eg: the black cartridge use to print around 1000+ pages but nowadays the printer immediately sends a notification of cartridge low after 370-380 pages, the output decreased by 50%. Too costly cartridges with 50% output, very disappointing.

Pricey but necessary
The buy online and pick up at store is a great option when you need something asap for work. Glad I was able to get this ink so quickly. Just wish prices weren't so high these days but this was about the best price I could find for HP ink.
