Microphone did not work
Took it back. Wasted another 6 hours of my life trying to get the mic to work. Tried a bunch of apps, system settings. Nothing. Logitech support was useless. Their software is all over the map. No way to easily plug, test and play. Had enough of cheap technology that wastes your time.

Great performer

Excellent purchase for my needs
I love my new Pro Stream Webcam. It's a nice compact size yet powerful enough for my needs. I bought it for the tripod and it takes up very little space on my desk. It is also very maneuverable and flexible. The software is easy and intuitive to use although one does need to poke around a little bit to get a grip on its full potential. Overall I recommend this item...

Better than I expected
So far this camera has been worth the money. I haven't purchased a dedicated camera for about 5 years and have only used those in my laptop. We needed a higher end camera for teaching online but only have DSL (in my opinion rural Georgia does not adequate internet options). This camera looks good without degradation of the image.

Great Camera - Mediocre support
This camera connects well to my computer. It creates great images and at a fast rate. The Logitech capture software that comes with the camera shows some impressive functions. I particularly like the way it pans and zooms. What frustrates me is that the pan and zoom functions won't work while I am on a videoconference which is just when it would be useful.
