Microphone did not work
Took it back. Wasted another 6 hours of my life trying to get the mic to work. Tried a bunch of apps, system settings. Nothing. Logitech support was useless. Their software is all over the map. No way to easily plug, test and play. Had enough of cheap technology that wastes your time.

Industry standard but flawed
The digital performance of this device is wonderful. However there are a handful of glaring physical issues: 1. Camera does not pivot if placed on top of a monitor but must remain fixed straight ahead. 2. The included fully extended tripod is shorter than the height of most monitors. Expensive but is way better than cheap webcams
I got work to pay for a webcam upgrade and it is MUCH better than the cheap one I was using. The microphone filters out speaker sounds and the picture quality is excellent. Would recommend.

I like it but it's hard to work controls

I bought this because it was supposed to be good in low light and it is no better than my 10 year old cheap camera. Buy last years model and save the extra $30.

Significantly better video quality compared to the camera I replaced. Previous camera struggled due to intense backlighting (windows/sunlight behind me). This camera seems to handle like a champ.

Good price / great value.
Easy to install and use. Great picture and lots of options to fine tune it. I used to be ashamed of how bad my video/audio was in online meetings. Now I'm the gold standard that everyone else in the meeting compares themselves to.

Installs easy works well with skype a shame the VA video connect doesn't work with it actually I don't believe the VA program works with anything.
