Enclosed envelopes to use with 1099's
The 1099's came with 3 on each page, however, the envelopes that came with the forms appear to be for last year's version. They are too big for the 1099 to mail to the recipients. We have had to create a template with the employer's return address and the recipients' mailing address in order to use these envelopes. Very disappointed.

Should have included a few 1096's!
This was my first year doing taxes for subcontractors. The TOPS package did not tell you that you need additional forms (1096) in order to send to the SSA/IRS. You can't just send 1099's. At the last minute I had to go back to Staples and spend $25 in order to meet this requirement. The only package that was available at that point was one that contained many, many 1099...
