defective
used for one print and then printer "did not recognize" the ink cartridge. Reinstalled and shook multiple times with no fixing the problem.

Ink Good Second Try
The first delivery contained ink cartridges that were 9 months out-of-date; the second delivery was fine; never did get the return shipping label via email (went to a store [1.5 hours away] where an Asst. Manager processed the return).

Fast delivery
This is ink and it works in my printer - what else needs to be said about the product? However Staples delivered surprisingly quickly - next day! Price was also decent - other vendors were more expensive.
