love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

HP XL ink cartridges

Awful!
Twice now the magenta cartridges, and only the magenta cartridges, leaked abundantly into the printheads of my HP 8600 printers. I cleaned the printheads conscientiously but the printers yielded only error messages. Yesterday I arranged for both printers to be picked up and recycled.

HP ink causes problems
After installing a new ink cartridge in my HP8710 showed a new cartridge installed and then a few seconds later screen message was ink to be replaced...then incorrect AND THEN THE PRINTER STOPPED WORKING!!! This happened on 2 printers using different cartridges I WILL NEVER USE HP PRINTERS OR INK AGAIN !!!

Don’t believe the printer
My HP printer indicated it would not print because the magenta cartridge was damaged. When I installed a new magenta cartridge it still wouldn’t print. I replaced the printer with a Canon printer and I am unhappy about the expensive cartridges from HP
