love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

XL Cartridges
I appreciated having print cartridges in "jumbo" sizes. I love my HP Printer and I do love to print. There is something about being able to hold that paper in your hands and actually read and reference it at a later date. The pricing, promotions, and shipping costs offered by HP can be compared; but I've personally found none better.

Know it is Brand not generic...
I love knowing that I have original HP ink for my HP printer. I stock up when there's a sale. The shipping is usually free and to my door. I can't find a better deal in the big box stores.

works great
we buy the HP 951XL Magenta for 4 printers. we never have any problems with the ink cartridges on any of those printers, so we will continue to buy them till we either; get rid of the printers we are using now or purchase somewhere else.

To whom it may concern, I was disappointed that when I had called and was offered a discounted price on the purchase that they were unable to follow through with the transaction as they were unable to process my AMX or any other CC via their inputing and was left to procuring online without getting the discounted price. Other then what I have mentioned above I satisfied...
