Defective Cartridge
The cartridge didn't work in the printer. It would not stay in. I had to go and buy another one same item and it worked fine. Not sure what was going on. It was definitely the correct ink cartridge.

Defective plastic tab opener
The tab broke off the opening to the ink. Ink spilled. When we went back to the store the clerks opened two more cartridges and they were both defective. Finally got what I needed opened correctly.
