HP 950XL and the replacement service.
I like it, I also like the size & the fact that I don’t have to replenish so frequently. But I also like that, when I do run out, another is delivered expeditiously.

Great Product but Very Costly
The ink cartridges work great, and for that I would give them five stars. But there are a couple issues that reduced my rating. 1) They are WAY overpriced. 2) If I use other brands of cartridges that are made for this printer they don't work due to the printer being set up to not accept anything but HP cartridges. I ordered two cartridges in different colors and they were both empty. That should never happen. Awful quality control!

Hi Lee I agree that empty cartridges should not reach consumers. Are you sure they were empty? Two different empty cartridges would be very unusual. Checking the ink levels can validate the cartridges are empty. I can imagine discovering you are out of ink when you need it is not a great feeling.
