Sold used cartridges
I was sold used cartridges in a taped up box. Had to go back to the store and spend time explaining they were all used and probably a recycled pack someone returned for recycling. They replaced finally but it was inconvenient and they questioned me as if I'd stolen the good new ones!

Hi Jerri Faded ink takes away from pretty prints. It is an undesired outcome for most of our customers. The ink is not old unless you let it sit after you purchased it. The solution for this scenario is to increase the print quality settings. Be aware that your prints will look nice but your cartridge will be spent quicker. 950xl cartridge replacement
I have printed less than 300 sheets. It seems it’s a race between evaporation and printing. Pricey since evaporation always wins for our usage. Other than that changeout is simple clean and quick.

Modification of software
Expensive, can understand you trying to make up for low cost on printer. I seriously object to your modifying the software so I can't use the printer with only B&W colors as i have in the past when I ran out of some color. SNEAKY!
