My purchase experience with Staples was excellent and considering that Staples now takes back the empty cartridges for purchase credit I couldn't have asked any more of them. cartridge arrives with NO security tapes on it
My printer does not recognize this or other supposed HP in toner cartridges. ALL cartridges arrive with NO security tapes on them at all. Hewlett Packard tells me this is WRONG. All their inkjet toners have tapes on them.

HP 951 color 3 pack
Found cartridges in stock at the Freeport store. I find them to be a little expensive for the total amount of pages it really prints out. As for the Massapequa store someone needs to tell them that the 951 ink cartridges are still popular and not discontinued

Hi Sheila I understand your disappointment but I believe I can resolve this dilemma. Your printer should have an option to print only in black ink. It is recommended to use this setting to save on color ink. There is another great option. Do you know about our XL cartridges combo packs? They are great.
