When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Great Cartridges, But No Recycling
The ink cartridges are wonderful. They last a long while and provide clear, vibrant print. But, where are the recycling mailers that used to be provided for the used cartridges. I now am left with having to throw the used cartridges in the trash where they will wind up in landfill.

Wished you had black ink included
The only complaint I have is that the “quad” that includes black ink was sold out and now I have to purchase it separately.

I would’ve given the 5 stars but Staples didn’t have the HP 950XL/951XL. Don’t use COVID-19 as an excuse for supply shortage if cartridges were also made in USA.

HP 951 3-pack color ink cartridges work well.
I never have a problem with HP ink. I've never had it dry out. I wish it cost a little less but that is about it.

New Printer vs Cartridges
The quality of the cartridges is fine. Its the cost compared to non-proprietary versions. I have used the non-proprietary versions and found them to be perfectly adequate for everyday needs. I bought these in the store in a hurry so I paid a price for convenience.
