Easy to install. The printer also has an excellent tutorial if you need help installing. It even will tell you that you installed an empty cartridge by mistake when changing

I purchased above at two different Staples on two different days. All cartridges did not work in my printer. NO CARTRIDGES fresh opened from box had plastic covering. Tech at both stores said they are supposed to have sealed plastic. I suspect that you are selling refurbished cartridges that my printer listed as damaged.
