When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Good price
The price was a bit higher than at some online merchants but with the Staples special on Rewards points the price was better.

Best place to buy ink
An especially helpful salesperson and complete range of cartridge numbers make this the store I would go out of my way for but I don’t have to it’s conveniently located.

Leads to Printhead demise
I blame these expensive ink cartridges for the inexplicable and unrecoverable malfunction of my HP 8602 Printer Printhead - at least that is what the unclearable error messages showed - even after all the printhead maintenance procedures were completed. I bought the 7602 printer thinking it would be the current equivalent/upgrade but sadly found out it is missing some ...

Disappointed with the packaging
This black ink cartridge seems to be ok. Whether or not it lasts as long as it's supposed to be remains to be seen. As expensive as HP ink is I'm very disappointed that HP is no longer sealing its ink cartridges in airtight foil or plastic wrappers. How do we know if some of the ink has dried out when the cartridge comes loose in a cardboard box?

HP ink causes problems
After installing a new ink cartridge in my HP8710 showed a new cartridge installed and then a few seconds later screen message was ink to be replaced...then incorrect AND THEN THE PRINTER STOPPED WORKING!!! This happened on 2 printers using different cartridges I WILL NEVER USE HP PRINTERS OR INK AGAIN !!!

Excellent Ink.. Priced Too High
The genuine HP ink is always excellent, but the price increases for ink cartridges have been exorbitant in the last couple years. I don't know if HP or Staples are responsible for the increases, but considering the dramatic price difference when compared to 3rd party refilling companies, the prices of OEM ink is horrendous.

HP950XL/951 cartridges
I was a little disappointed when I first got home and replaced the cartridges and I got an error message that my cartridge(s) was damaged. So the next day I returned the cartridges and received a new one no questions no problem. When I got home and installed the new cartridges no problem no error message! Thank you Staples!

Haven’t used it yet. In the past the colors depleted quickly even though I almost always print in black & white. Then the printer will not work even though there is plenty of black ink left.

Ink Refill purchase Experience
What can I say? It’s printer ink. It works fine. The purchase experience at Staples in Sandusky was excellent. The employees were helpful and friendly. The checkout experience was swift and painless. The price was comparable to other stores. I buy my in at Staples for the quality.
