Only HP ink replacements for my HP printer
I always use HP ink jet refills in my HP inkjet printer. Although the HP ink is expensive the refills have long proven trouble-free and produce clear sharp documents and prints. i recommend HP ink refills for HP printers.

I put the cartridge in my printer and it stopped
The printer says : There is a problem with the printer or ink system. It was working before I ran out, had to order more ink and placed the new cartridge in.

I am sorry to find that you had this problem. It is highly unlikely that the cartridge damaged your printer.
Usually that error means that there is a problem with the ink system inside your printer. Sometimes that can be solved by restarting the printer. To do that, unplug it (while it is still turned on), wait a minute or so, and then plug it back in.
