When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Good quality and reliable
HP black ink is good quality and reliable. I tried an off- brand black cartridge because it was less expensive, but the quality was definitely lower also. I often had to clean the print head because it appeared that the off-brand black was somehow contaminating the yellow, so my yellow was always off- colored until I switched it back to an HP.

True to color and reliable
HP ink works really well and is always ready to print clearly. I tried an off-brand set of color ink once, and I had to clean the print head each time I printed in color. It was as if the off-brand colors would bleed into each other and print terribly.
