Too expensive
Way too expensive a gallon of paint cost twice as little. I know cartilages cost more let’s say 10.00 apiece that’s 30.00 ….over 50.00 for ink? Shame on you!!!!

Good Ink
I think it is awesome that Staples always has my ink available. Home schooling has really increased my need to have readily available ink and paper. Staples is always there. My HP printer is an ink hog but I appreciate the XL version from HP. The XL version may cost a little more but that means I do not have to change cartridges as often. Highly recommended produc...

Unwanted color ink
I keep having to purchase color ink and hardly ever use any. The colors mostly just dry up in the printer. The printer stops working when one color runs out. That is a very bad feature for customers and a very good features for selling unwanted ink. It forces me to buy color ink when all I want is black. I would never buy a color printer again.

Ink Cartridges purchase
The printer said it needed fresh ink. Staples had it in stock and the price was reasonable. The store is less than a mile from my house which made shopping quick and easy.

This purchase ok; the second one was terrible
The ink came in on time and presented no problems. The second delivery of a gallon of deck cleaner was awful. First it was to the wrong address THEN to make matters worse they never picked it up after advising me they would do so in three days. As of now I do not know where it is. Yet the charge for the purchase was not returned.
