love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

It's was dry out!
I'm very disappointed that this ink cartridge gave me about 15 sheets !! Then I received a error stating add more ink. I'm very HURT by this.

Cartridge arrived empty
I ordered two cartridges in different colors and they were both empty. That should never happen. Awful quality control!

I agree that empty cartridges should not reach consumers. Are you sure they were empty? Two different empty cartridges would be very unusual. Checking the ink levels can validate the cartridges are empty. I can imagine discovering you are out of ink when you need it is not a great feeling.

Defective Cartridge
This cartridge was defective and caused my printer to stop working and show an error sign. Thankfully, after 2 hours on hold with HP, a very kind operator worked to replace the cartridge. Hopefully this works.

Good but my first choice wasn't available.
As always, the process is very smooth and the product delivery was prompt. My only negative is that the XL refill wasn't available in a single cartridge - only in multipacks with other colors.

New HP cartridge fails.
The cartridge does not work. I get an error message. This is a used cartridge and has failed. Order a new cartridge. This cartridge even looks like a used cartridge. I've been buying HP cartridges for years. I've already tried all support recommendations and nothing works. I will return the cartridge for credit. I will have to buy a new printer now.

I have been buying HP Printers since I had a computer, and my choice of ink is the original. I bought from office stores and recently switches to buying from HP direct. They know what printer I have and what cartridges are needed
