When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Good Savings/Efficiency
Never a problem with ink. Finding a good price at Staples and good delivery with rewards that add up to more savings. Used cartridges accepted for recycle and small credit toward next Staples purchase.

Defective ink cartridge
My cartridge did not function! It would not stay in position and kept loosening up and causing the printer to stop and had to be replaced in order to print anything!

Excellent quality but quite oveover-priced!
Never had issues w/ original HP Ink Cartridges but they are obnoxiously over-priced. It's no secret that the copier prices are almost a give-away since in the life of the unit margins & profits are forever in the cartridges many times. Next copier we plan to buy we will definitely consider refillable ink cartridges for both environmental & cost reasons.

Fake cartridges won’t work in my HP printer
The cartridges said HP genuine replacement cartridges but when loaded they won’t work because they are notNOT HP cartridges and I can’t get them to work.
