When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Better Product
Foolishly I bought cheaper cartridges from a firm which refills and sells the product at a much cheaper price. While they worked OK for a while I started getting poor quality prints and had to clean the heads very frequently. Never had this problem before when I used the HP ink cartridges. Live and learn, I'm back to using the more reliable product.

USELESS REWARDS PROGRAM
Very unhappy that the rewards program is so useless!!! I can never claim the rewards when I need them... and it's been like that for years!!!! Rewards should be saved and be able to be used at checkout.... 0/10 for the program in its current state!!!!
